What Qualifies for a Refund

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Item stopped working within 30 days of normal use
  • Wrong item received
  • Item never arrived (after 25 business days)
  • You're simply not satisfied with your purchase

What We Need From You To process your return quickly, email us at support@shopsnugara.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • One or two photos if the item is damaged or defective

We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed.

Do I Need to Send the Item Back? For defective or damaged items, we do not require you to return the product. We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

For change-of-mind returns, we may ask you to return the item. In that case we'll provide return instructions and cover the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges If you'd like a replacement instead of a refund, just let us know in your email and we'll arrange it.
