Q: Will the grinder work on my dog's breed/size? A: Yes. The Snugara Gentle Groom comes with three grinding port sizes β€” small, medium, and large β€” making it suitable for toy breeds all the way up to large dogs like German Shepherds and Golden Retrievers. It also works on cats.

Q: My dog is very anxious. Will the noise scare them? A: The grinder operates at under 50 decibels β€” quieter than a normal conversation. Most anxious dogs adjust within 1–2 sessions. We recommend introducing the device turned off first, letting your dog sniff it, then turning it on near them before attempting a trim.

Q: What does the LED light actually do? A: The built-in LED illuminates the nail from the tip, making it much easier to see the quick (the blood vessel inside the nail). This is especially useful for dogs with dark nails where the quick is hard to see. It significantly reduces the risk of cutting too deep.

Q: How long does the battery last? A: The Snugara Gentle Groom is USB rechargeable and runs up to 6 hours on a full charge. Charging takes around 2 hours via the included USB cable.

Q: Does it work on cats too? A: Yes β€” use the smallest port size and the lowest speed setting. The quiet motor makes it well suited for cats.

Q: When should I replace the grinding head? A: We recommend replacing the grinding head every 4–6 weeks with regular use (weekly grooming). A worn head takes longer to file nails and creates more vibration. Replacement heads are available in our store.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive? A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the US takes 7–15 business days, and to Canada 10–18 business days.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: We can modify or cancel orders within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order will have already been submitted to our fulfillment partner. EmailΒ snugara.store@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need a change.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Currently we ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. Shipping times outside the US and Canada may be longer.
